Here is an update about the disbursal of your bequeathed fund from our bank. With all formalities duly concluded, I'm glad to notify you that your Two Million US Dollars (US$2,000,000.00), has been electronically loaded successfully on our Citibank MasterCard® prepaid debit card. It is our Platinum debit card, which for the sole purpose of this transaction, has been upgraded with a higher daily withdrawal limit of One Hundred Thousand US Dollars (US$100,000.00) - or its equivalent domestic currency.

I could not update you earlier, because I needed to complete the logistics, so that you will be given the appropriate information. For the purpose of uncomplicated retrieval of the fund by you, the card can be used as an ATM or Credit Card. When you receive it from our bank, conveniently, you can retrieve the money on it from your bank, from any respective financial institution or any ATM cash point. It will be delivered to you in a parcel, by express mail. The mailing service firm has been contacted already, for appropriate arrangements beforehand.

Reconfirm your personal details below, as it should reflect in the mailing service's record on your behalf, part of which will be your delivery details whereby the courier will be made to you. Absolute accuracy is important for successful delivery. It should be in this order -

Your Citibank MasterCard® prepaid debit card Personal Identification Number (PIN) and all the necessary information about how you should use it, will be in the mailing parcel concealed in a tamper-proof envelope. It will also contain the important credentials for the transaction, which identify you as the authorized owner of the fund, legal proof in hand. Once you receive the parcel, the PIN gives you access to the money on the card immediately.
